We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 6 business days of receiving them (business days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays). The final delivery time will then depend on the shipping service chosen and the your location.

As our items are made at time of order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply don’t like the product. We will only accept returns for faulty goods. It's very important that you check the sizes and colours available from the product detail page. If you are unsure then please do contact us at info@theultimateboon.co.uk and we will do all we can to help with your purchase.

Please contact us with full details of the order and the damage that has occurred. We may also require you to return the damaged item. In most cases, we will be able to offer a replacement item.

Plastic-free packaging

Plastic bags may be waterproof, lightweight and durable, but they are incredibly damaging to the planet. The paper bags we will use are 100% environmentally friendly.

The bags we use have been specifically designed for eCommerce. Manufactured from Kraft paper using FSC® certified environmentally sustainable materials, they contain no animal products and they’re printed using plant-based inks.

100% recyclable

These bags will biodegrade within 3 months, just shred them up and add them to your compost bin and they will soon break down.

The vast majority of orders will ship in sustainable paper packaging. If you order several garments together we may have to use alternative methods such as boxes or compostable bags so that the garments can be packaged together.
